Ai8848 operates the ThreadGPT platform. We comply with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) as well as applicable international data protection standards including the GDPR for European users and CCPA for California residents.
2. Information We Collect
- Account Data: Name, email address, authentication identifiers, and account creation date (used to calculate your monthly generation quota reset anniversary).
- Usage & Content Data: Prompts submitted, generated social threads, community interactions (likes, shares), and monthly generation count.
- Billing & Payment Data: Subscription status, billing interval ($2.99 AUD/month or $30.00 AUD/year), and Stripe customer/subscription identifiers. Full payment card numbers are processed directly by Stripe and are never stored on Ai8848 servers.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information strictly to deliver AI thread generation services, enforce monthly generation quotas (5 generations/month on Free accounts and 50 generations/month on Pro subscriptions), process subscription payments via Stripe, maintain community safety, and provide customer support.
4. Data Sharing & Third-Party Processors
We do not sell your personal information. We share only necessary operational data with trusted sub-processors: Stripe (for PCI-DSS compliant payment processing), enterprise AI model providers (for generating thread text from your prompts), and cloud hosting infrastructure.
