1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your $2.99 AUD/month or $30.00 AUD/year subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your account will retain access to its Pro allowance until the end of the current paid billing period, after which it will automatically return to the Free Tier (5 generations per month).
2. Australian Consumer Law & Refunds
In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund or replacement if the service experiences a major failure or does not match its description. If you experience a billing error, duplicate charge, or technical issue preventing you from using your paid generations, please contact Ai8848 within 14 days of the charge for a prompt review and resolution.
